Westport Resources Inc. is comprised of two related companies - Westport Resources Management and Westport Resources Investment Services. Westport Resources Management, a Registered Investment Advisor, is comprised of the Private Client Group. Westport Resources Investment Services is comprised of the Professional Affiliates.

Private Client Group:

Manages to four separate styles:
    - Global Balanced Institutional
    - Global Tactical Asset Allocation
    - Special Income
    - Fixed Income

Managed by dedicated managers:

Minimum account sizes are between $250,000 and $1,000,000 depending on the management style.

Performance results are AIMR compliant and are submitted to industry reporting services.

Professional Affiliates:

Several financial planners and investment advisers operate autonomously while still affiliated with Westport Resources Management.

Minimum account size is more flexible than that of the Management Company
- The same high level of care and expertise as that of the Management Company.

With the larger number of advisers available, the range of investment styles is increased so that there is a high probability of finding just the right style for any client.
