Frank M. Sterneck began his association with Westport Resources in 1997. He specializes in the management of institutional-sized portfolios of equity and fixed income securities. Using a value approach, his goal is to generate equity market rates of return with below market risk or volatility.

Prior to Westport Resources, Mr. Sterneck spent six years working at Salomon Brothers, where he was Vice President of Equity Sales and Trading.

Mr. Sterneck holds a B.A. degree from Tulane University and an MBA from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University
