Location:

You don’t need to commute to Manhattan.  All you need to grow your successful business is in your own backyard.  Westport Resources is a well known Broker-Dealer, member FINRA/SIPC and SEC-Registered Investment Advisor , well established in our region with a stable 22 year history and excellent reputation.

Products:

As a Westport Resources Affiliate, you will enjoy the flexibility of choosing the appropriate investment vehicle for your clients based on their needs. We do not market our own investment products, nor do we have structured products we recommend you to sell.

Westport Resources is a full-service broker/dealer with a broad range of investment and insurance products available to our advisors and their clients. These products include, but are not limited to,

·         Over 6000 mutual fund companies

·         Equities: Domestic, International, UITS

·         Fixed Income: Bondtrader pro and other third party inventories available

·         Fee Based Programs: Managed or Wrap Accounts available

·         Insurance and Annuities

Transition:

• Office Space: well appointed offices are available
• Registrations: Once you fill out the paperwork we will take care of the rest; i.e. transfer licenses properly, registrations and appointments.
• Technology: Full-time technology consultant is on site to set up computers, phones, email,  and to troubleshoot any IT problems
• Chief Compliance Officer in home office to supervise, approve marketing materials and correspondence in a timely manner, and provide you guidance as you grow your business within our industry regulations..
• Home Office Support Staff to help with forms needed to insure smooth transfer of accounts and track status.

Compensation:

Westport Resources offers compensation packages that equal any in the industry, without employment requirements.  No “golden handcuffs” and long term contracts.
